The cement-bonded particleboards CETRIS® are high quality boards of extraordinary properties designed for flooring, attic rooms, superstructures on the roof, vented facades, fire fighting measures, lower ceilings, wall and partition walls, garden accessories.

CETRIS® cement bonded particleboard can be found in all kind of prefabricated constructions. It is ideally situated for the dry buildings technologies, projects built in adverse climatic conditions and other applications, where all of the unique positive properties of this material can fully develope.

The CETRIS® boards are are produced by pressing a mixture of wooden particles, portland cement and hydration additives. The surface is smooth, the color is cement-like-grey.

AGROP NOVA a.s.

AGROP NOVA a.s. – multilayer boards, components for construction of ceilings and roofs of low-energy houses

AGROP NOVA a.s. is one of the largest and the most modern producers of large-area multilayer boards in Europe. Its headquarters as well as the production is based in the Czech Republic. The factory was built on a green field in 1992 and since the change of its owner in 2001 it has been going through a very dynamic development. Nowadays, it processes over 60,000 m3 of lumber annually and it produces over 1,200,000 m2 (640 trucks) of multilayer boards every year. A great advantage of the production is a modern way of wooden waste disposal in the form of the production of ecological wooden briquettes AGROP at the volume of about 800 t per month. Multilayer boards AGROP (SWP) from coniferous lumber are the main products of the company. These boards are very stable thanks to their composition, have wide possibilities of use and processing and fully adjust to both interior and exterior construction projects. The main advantages of these boards and the latest findings in the industry have been combined into NOVATOP Construction System which is all based on natural massive wood. NOVATOP SYSTEM easily fulfils the parameters for the construction of low-energy and passive houses, enables to design beautiful modern projects from massive wood, fully complies with the environment and alsocontributes to the maintenance of its quality for future generations.

NOVATOP SOLID – strength and stability of massive wood

NOVATOP SOLID - is a large-area multi-layer panel of the CLT (cross laminated timber) type, it is a building structural element. Each layer of the panel is composed of multilayer boards (solid wood panels - SWP) consisting of lamellas made of solid whitewood. The lamellas are glued to one another both in a longitudinal and traverse direction; individual layers of the lamellas are placed crosswise, determining the final thickness of the panel.

NOVATOP SOLID in particular addresses solving of load-bearing wall structures in a simple manner. It has excellent heat-insulating and soundproofing properties. NOVATOP STATIC – durability and lightness of massive wood 

NOVATOP STATIC are large - size, multilayer panels with one or two parallel upper layers from each side, and a middle layer with grain fl ow oriented perpendicularly to the upper layers (SWP = Solid Wood Panel). Each layer is formed by lamellas of massive spruce wood; the layers` thickness can vary and is one of the variables determining the panel`s final thickness.

NOVATOP ELEMENTS are large-area ribbed components made from multi-layer massive spruce boards; it is a structural element for wooden constructions. The structure of the element comprises a supporting bottom board, the thickness of which is dependent upon the required fire-resistance rating of the construction. Glued thereon are transverse and longitudinal ribs, the height of which is dependent upon the required bearing capacity of the panel. The entire structure is enclosed with a top board. The connection of boards and ribs is carried out by gluing and cold pressing. Cavities can be fitted with heat, sound and fire insulation as required.

VIADRUS - quality heat installation for heating with solid fuels, gas and oil

The VIADRUS factory is a part of the ŽDB GROUP a.s. and forms one of the main units of company production, whose tradition ranges to 1885. VIADRUS is a traditional purely Czech producer of heat engineering and its produced assortment is characterized by the high quality and lifespan. The manufacturing programme produces the boilers for solid fuels, gas and oil, the cast-iron radiators, the fire inserts, the fire stove, the castings, the boiler bodies and theexchangers.

Our present production programme includes cast iron radiators in classical design in arrangement with a front panel surface and original types, hot water cast iron boilers up to 750 kW for gas (natural gas, propane, biogas), liquid (TOEL) and also solid fuels (coke, hard and brown coal, wood, pellets), wall-hung boilers, condensing boilers, cast iron fire inserts, tile stoves with a cast iron combustion chamber and water heaters. Cast iron OEM boiler units of its own and custom-made construction, shells and further commercial castings made out of gray cast iron (EN-GJL-150 and EN-GJL-200), form a further product group.

Solid fuels boilers

Our cast iron floor standing boilers for solid fuels have been reliable source of cheap heat for several decades, not only in Europe. Proved construction, operational reliability and resistance, unrivalled lifetime – all of it are our main advantages of cast iron boilers for wood, coke and hard or brown coal.

Automatic boilers for solid fuels represent modern way of utilization of solid fuel resources - especially wood pellets and sorted brown and hard coal. They achieve simplicity of gas boilers by their comfort of control and regulation. They allow use some advantages of automatic operation controlled by room regulator also in the areas without gas distribution.

Gas and oil boilers

Floor-standing gas boilers make a classic solution for gas heating especially of houses. One advantage could be the usage of forced flue gas exhaustion - especially if current chimney for secondary fuel source is, used, e.g. boiler for solid fuels. Our boilers are prepared for priority water heating in the external reservoir.

Wall-hung boilers make an elegant solution for gas heating in the flats and modern basementless houses. A possibility of usage in other space saving rooms is matter of fact - with a possibility of flue gas installation to chimney or forced exhaustion (called turbo).

Radiators

Radiators KALOR are a suitable solution for heating of design interiors. Radiators with long term proved construction of sections made from quality cast iron are cast in our own foundry. They can be used as a radiator replacement or complementation at reconstruction of existing heating systems and systems with a forced circulation. The radiators are standardly supplied in 10 section sets with a surface treatment – white adulterated colour.

Radiators TERMO are a classical solution for heating of your interior. These radiators with their long term proved construction of sections made from quality cast iron are cast in our own foundry. They can be used as a radiator replacement or complementation at reconstruction of existing heating systems and systems with a forced circulation. The radiators are standardly supplied in 10 section sets with a surface treatment – white adulterated colour.

Radiators BOHEMIA are a suitable solution for heating of design interiors. Radiators with long term proved construction of sections made from quality cast iron are cast in our own foundry. They can be used as a radiator replacement or complementation at reconstruction of historical building. The radiators are standardly supplied in sets with a number of sections according to an order and with surface treatment by silver-gray colour Weco Fan 9007.

NAPKO, spol. s r.o. –post-tension system, suspended and stayed cable bridges in Europe

The company NAPKO, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1992 and is holder of Certificate ISO 9001:2008, 14001:1999 and 18001:2007. Company supplies and installs all components of post – tension anchorage system OVM.M15A in Europe include cables for stayed cables bridges and suspended bridge. Designed for anchoring of prestressing cables compound of 1 to 47 seven-wire pc strands with the rated diameter of 15.24 mm (0.6“) to 15.7 mm (0.62“) and the tensile strength up to 1860 MPa at the strength limit.

The particular parts of the anchorage system have certification for:

- anchorage strand strength 208 kN (223,2 kN)

- breaking strength of strand 260 kN (279 kN)

Certification process consists of the following parts:

-         prestressing rules

-         rules for cable channel construction

-         grouting rules

-         technology conditions of OVM.M15A anchorage system production

-         tests and reports of particular parts

The anchor wedges used for the pc strands anchorage fully serve for the pc strand dimensions from 15.24 to 15.7 mm - anchorage strand strength 208 kN (223,2 kN), breaking strength of strand 260 kN (279 kN). Because the anchor grips are designed in this sense according to the EU standard they also serve for pc strands with smaller rated diameters of 12.5 mm (0.5“) and 9.3 mm (3/8“).

Particular anchor wedges and all accessories are produced in accordance with specified technology, which is a part of the product certification. Jigs serve for the concrete tensile strength of 35 MPa in the first prestressing and introduction of full planned prestressing.

OVM.M15A anchors can be, according to project or consumer requirements, completed with securing jaw plates, eventually with an armature casing and other accessories. The producer recommends using the casing every time for cable channels cement grouting with a subsequent casing removal and a possibility of a further use.

The elements of OVM.M15A anchorage system are designed for prestressing of bridge structures. Anchorage with a smaller number of pc strands is also often used for construction maintenance and static protection of building constructions and factory and water buildings. NAPKO® ,spol. s r.o. uses its own know-how (utility design) for static protection of panel buildings.

The anchorage system involves, in addition to the anchors, also cable couplers from 1 up to 27 strands. The couplers consist of either one-strand joints or a compact body of multistrand couplers and they are in an assembly for 2 up to 27 strands. The anchorage system is also invested with accoutrements mentioned in the catalogue.

Necessary solution of OVM.M15A anchorage system is an anchorage solution for using the MONOSTRAND pc strands of 9.3 mm, 12.5 mm, 15.3 mm, 15.5 mm and 15.7 mm diameters.

Company NAPKO, spol. s r.o. supplies stay cables for bridges from PC strands or wires, which could be epoxy-coated or galvanized.
